HOW TO MAKE A TABLE RESERVATION

Only one person at each table should make the reservation, which must include the names of ALL people seated at the table.

Minimum of 4 people for a group, maximum of 8. Open seats may be assigned to other small groups if needed, else will be left for OPEN SEATING.

If you are not sitting with a group but want an assigned seat, put "NO GROUP", and you will assigned "Best Available" seats upon receipt

Tables will be invited to go up for food in the timestamp order in which reservations are received.

If no reservation is submitted, you are on your own for open seating at the dinner.

RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED USING THIS FORM ONLY. No paper requests, no phone calls, no text messages please.
When finished entering your reservation and names, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. You may also modify/confirm/cancel table reservations by sending an email directly to kofc7121@gmail.com before January 14.
